  • 01 - Converse

    Jodi Yanick begins every project with a conversation, building the kind of chemistry that makes great design possible. With over two decades of experience, she learns her clients’ tastes, rhythms, and aspirations through dialogue.

    She measures and photographs the space, studying the light, views, and areas for improvement. By listening closely and refining each client’s vision, Jodi develops mood boards and construction plans that bring the space together beautifully.

  • 02 - Design

    Jodi brings a deep understanding of modern architecture, grounded in studies of both Architecture and Interior Design. Her goal is to create interiors that enhance and harmonize with the home’s structure, ensuring every space feels connected and purposeful.

    She carefully considers proportion, materials, and flow so each element is intentional and balanced. Once the design is finalized, she oversees the selection and sourcing of all materials, bringing the vision to life with precision.

  • 03 - Build

    With an engineering-minded approach, Jodi guides every project from concept to completion, working closely with her team to manage construction, installation, and the curation of every detail.

    This collaborative process keeps the design intact at every stage, ensuring the vision is realized exactly as imagined. By streamlining the journey and tailoring it to each client, she allows people to focus on what really matters, experiencing the transformation of their space.
